About Us

Prior to founding Courted, Sean was an Associate Partner and the co-lead for McKinsey & Company’s Residential Real Estate Practice in North America, where he advised leading brokerages, online listing portals and software companies. Prior to that, Sean joined Urban Compass (now Compass), when there were 30 employees with the company. He built and led the Expansion function for the company, launching and managing Compass’ first 40 offices outside of New York.

Prior to founding Courted, Dan was an Associate Partner & Senior Digital Expert for McKinsey’s Real Estate practice, leading over 50 engineers and data scientists to build bespoke, data-forward software. An applied data scientist by background, Dan has worked with residential brokerages, commercial developers, and global real estate investors to create and implement digital strategies and transformations.

Prior to founding Courted, Joe was an Expert in McKinsey’s Real Estate Practice where he helped to build several startups within some of the country's most prolific real estate organizations. Joe has deep experience working across multiple engineering disciplines from data science to web development and has worked at companies ranging from small startups to Fortune 10 companies. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from The College of New Jersey, and a M.S. in Computer Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Prior to Courted, Jason was an Enterprise Sales Director at EVPassport, an EV charging platform, where he worked with REITs, international asset management firms, and developers to deploy EV charging infrastructure. He has over 5 years of experience in the Real Estate Technology world working in the business intelligence and analytics space. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, you can find Jason at Madison Square Garden, exploring NYC, or cooking his favorite meal.

Prior to joining Courted, Elena worked as an E-commerce Coordinate where she was responsible for producing photo shoots for top designer brands. She holds a BS in Apparel Merchandising from Auburn University and received a Fashion Styling certificate from the London College of Fashion. Outside of work you can find Elena training for her next marathon and exploring the restaurant scene in New York City.

Before joining Courted, Chris worked in Go-to-Market Strategy at Yext, partnering with customers of all sizes in different industries. After developing an interest in Real Estate technology, he joined Courted to lead Customer Success and ensure all customers get the most out of their partnership. He holds a BA in Economics from Yale University. Outside of work, Chris enjoys seeing broadway shows, rooting for New York sports teams, and playing piano.

Ramzi is an Afrofuturist and SRE expert based in Brooklyn, NY. He has spent over a decade building software across a multitude of disciplines with a focus on reliability and disaster recovery. Before Courted, Ramzi focused on DevOps / Security work at SharpSports, a betting data API, at BishopFox, where he helped build a continual pen-testing tool and at McKinsey Digitial, where he helped build a platform for deploying secure, distrubuted applications to a variety of Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). In his free time, Ramzi is a touring DJ alongside his music label "bodywerk", has a weekly radio show called "HabibiBeats" on WYXR 91.7 FM Memphis and loves to bike around the city.

Prior to joining Courted, Ofer was a Senior Software Engineer at an early stage startup and was a Tech Lead at Oliver Wyman. He has over 7 years of experience building technology for Fortune 1000 companies and managing software engineering teams. He holds a B.S. and M.S in computer science from William Paterson University and The Georgia Institute of Technology respectively.

With over two decades of experience in software engineering and technology, Diogo brings a myriad of expertise to Courted.  Previously, he worked at Cornershop by Uber and revamped existing systems for enhanced scalability and efficiency. He also worked as a Software Architect at Sicoob, where he played a pivotal role in developing a leading-edge banking system. Diogo started his career at ATP Tecnologia e Produtos S.A. in Brazil, helping build infrastructure for financial products.

Before joining Courted, Sett was a Software Engineer Intern at Expa AI and was an Engineer at Atlantis, where he designed and developed a server-side caching library for GraphQL. He holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Data Analytics at Baruch College.

Prior to joining the Courted team, Stephanie worked as an Industrial Designer at Core Home where she helped develop home goods for a variety of stores such as Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond. She holds a BS in Industrial Design with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech as well as a certification in UX/UI design from Columbia University. Outside of work you can find Stephanie cheering on her favorite sports team while eating an ice cream sundae.

Prior to joining the Courted team, Marie worked as a UI Designer at CVS Health, where she helped improve the platform for managing prescriptions and scheduling recommended CDC vaccinations. Prior to that she worked as a Product Designer at Spotify. She was one of the key designers who redesigned the analytical dashboards in an intuitive and visually pleasing way to consume data. She holds a BFA in Design Parsons School of Design as well as a certification in UX/UI design from UX Design Institute. Outside of work you can find Marie hiking with her two dogs and working on DIY home improvement projects.

Audrey started at Courted in a Growth & Business Development role. After developing her understanding of the industry & a passion for our users, Audrey transitioned to lead Product & Growth and build fantastic features that deliver value to brokerage leaders. Prior to Courted, Audrey was an investor at Morgan Stanley Tactical Value, where she diligenced and structured private investments across multiple asset classes, including growth and structured equity. Prior to that, Audrey was an investment banking analyst at BofA Securities’ Leveraged Finance group. She holds a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics with a minor in Russian Studies from Dartmouth College. Outside of work, you can find Audrey taking Percy to Prospect Park, trying new restaurants, and exploring different neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

Percy is an Australian Shepherd and Rat Terrier mix who moved to the big city from rural Tennessee. He now resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where you can find him racing around Prospect Park and unsuccessfully chasing every squirrel that crosses his path. When not stalking NYC wildlife, Percy likes to nap and hoover up peanut butter. While Percy often dozes off in the conference room's sunny spot during all-paws meetings, he is proud to be a culture leader on the team and looks forward to continuing to develop his snoozing and sniffing skills with Courted.
